Violation: observed an employee working at the main cook line attempt to handle ready-to-eat food after handling raw animal product without washing their hands. corrective action taken: the employee was stopped and notified of the proper hand washing procedures. The employee confirmed that he understood and washed their hands before returning to work. COS
